So far it was a consult, but am going to hire her after meeting with her, was very impressed with her knowledge on family law & trust issues
I have known this lawyer for at least 25 years. She has helped my parents and myself with estate planning and advance directives. I have found her to very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. I would highly recommend her especially in the area of elder law.
My family and friends have needed legal services in the past, and we always call upon Patricia Schraff to represent us. Ms. Schraff is experienced, knowledgeable, and ethical. Ms. Schraff is an expert in elder law, Medicaid, and estate planning. Do not hesitate to call upon Ms. Schraff when you need excellent legal services.
Ms. Schraff has represented my family on several occasions and has always been professional, knowledgeable, and ethical. Ms. Schraff is an expert in the area of elder law including Medicaid and long term care. I can highly recommend Pat without qualification.
I have known Pat Scraff for 40 years. During that time, she has helped me and several family members with wills, trusts and end of life planning. She is an excellent speaker on the topic of elder law and gives speeches throughout the state on that topic. In addition to her law degree, she also has a Masters in Social Worker. This helps her be an empathetic lawyer and helps her communicate well with her clients. She has been active on many boards through the years, as well as giving back to the community in the form of pro bono work, including being appointed guardian for indigent clients. I would highly recommend Patricia Schraff to anyone who is doing estate planning or related issues involving the elderly.
Patricia Schraff has been my lawyer for approximately 10 - 12 years. I have found her to be very attentive and helpful to me in many areas. She spent a great deal of time helping me do financial planning, end of life planning, and always was available to answer any questions or concerns I might have, and in fact, I would not hesitate, even today, to call her with a question or to ask for advice. I have recommended her to family members, who have used her services and also found her to be accommodating and helpful.
Sent billing for initial consult to wrong party one year after consult occurred. Failed to follow through on plan of action outlined in consult in spite of client contacting office three times to arrange. Office staff continued to send back dated invoices to wrong party in spite of being notified. Attorney failed to respond to client's request to meet, billed for consult which consisted of demographic information gathering and nothing more.
