About
I'm a committed advocate, and love taking on big companies on behalf of workers and injured indiviudals. Through my work, I believe that our community gets safer and workplaces are more fair. I'm originally from southwestern Virginia. Academics has taken me a number of places, finishing in New York City at Columbia University School of Law. I lived in NYC for 12 years and began my legal career there. In 2011, the beauty and warmth of Arizona called me. I've since gained admission to our neighboring state of California, so that I can serve as many people as possible. I love learning new things, and I'm constantly reading and discovering new things, from ways to cook eggplant to why I should drink white tea. I keep my trial skills sharp by collaborating with lawyers all over the country. I'm proud of the US justice system, and how it gives everyone an opportunity to be heard in a court of law.

Took my call and was instantly so informative, knowledgeable, caring and helpful! Gave her time and attention to my matter brilliantly.
I was referred to Patricia by another lawyer. From the first moment we "met", during my initial phone conversation during covid, I just knew we were a great match and she was extremely knowledgeable - she quickly decided to take on my case. She was ALWAYS available to talk, and always answered my questions no matter the time or day. Patricia is such a hard worker and truly demonstrates this with a passion! I appreciate her confidence, kindness, reassurance, professionalism, humor, her personality and she made it so very easy to talk to her despite how nervous you may be. I trusted her advice the entire way through (and I can truthfully say it never failed me!) I appreciated her way of knowing how to calm me down and reassure me during difficult times. I am so glad Patricia was on my side - she won my case against a big multi-state multimillion dollar business and Patricia outshined my prior boss' lawyer on all accounts! She ended up winning my case within a very expected, reasonable time frame with minimal costs for me, with a significantly higher dollar amount ($50,000 more) than I what expected! Thank you Patricia! If I had to do it again I would with you and will be referring all my family/friends to you!
Insightful, in depth analysis, and she gets things right. I have been in law for over 30 years and there are only a few attorneys I would recommend. and Patricia gets my 5 star rating.
Patricia is wonderful, I had nothing but a great experience working with her. She answered all of my questions and more. Very responsive and gets back to you in a timely manner.
Patricia is extremely efficient and effective. She listened to my situation, asked many questions and thoughtfully advised me on pursuing the case as my representation. She was supportive of me emotionally as well and got the results we were looking for. I've referred several others to her and they were appreciative of her honest advice.
I was truly blessed to find Patricia Ronan to represent me. She was came highly recommended. Patricia took her time to hear me out and walked me through the process and next steps. She filled my EEOC complaint and was truly diligent in responding as necessary. When it came time to file she knew I was not able to afford to cover the cost of what was to come with depositions, experts and the like. At this point she referred me to another great attorney that took my case and is moving it forward. She also put me at ease that just in case this other attorney could not take my case for any reason, she would work with me to figure out a way to move forward. I felt cared for. Patricia Ronan was God sent. Thank you Patricia for everything.
I have co-counseled with Patricia. I have referred clients to Patricia. I have watched her in trial. She is a superb attorney. Incredibly smart, detailed oriented, very knowledgeable and practical. She is ferocious like a tiger in her representation of her clients.
Patricia did a phone consultation regarding a potential case I felt I may have had. She was to the point, matter of fact and intelligently gave me her professional advice. She did not beat around the bush and was very knowledgeable about her field. I ended not having a case as she helped me understand, but if I did I would pay any amount to have her in my corner.
Patricia came highly recomended, but proved to be a vile and hateful person. She was rude from the very moment she answered, and had zero compassion or empathy. Response to Patricia: 4/2021 You were the first lawyer I spoke to, as you were recomended by a friend from Tucson, which works at a law firm. I will be sure to send them your vile response as well, so they are sure to never really refer anyone else. I called them because they are very close family friends. Your "news" was not bad, as you cared very little about what I had to say. From the very beginning, you were rushed and belittling. You did not listen to my story, and you told someone who suffers from anxiety and depression to learn how to "better handle panic attacks." Your assessment was based off a 6 minute and 8 second phone call? You can determine legal merit in 5 minutes? I became angry after telling you that I cried. As a HUMAN I was embarrassed when it happened, and I was embarrassed talking about it. So to lighten it up I said that I, "Cried like a girl." You then proceded to say, "Well thats sexist, but ok." You literally called me sexist. I may be a lot of things, but sexist is not on that list. Not sure how that is not dismissive, rude, and condescending. Read your responses to people, you sound angry. Your recap of my story simply shows me you were mot listening, and thats ok. I found a wonderful lawyer, and the EEOC is now investigating my case. I do hope that people see your rude responses, and yes, it is the exact tone you hear people. Its how she talks, and its hateful. I can not believe that she practices law. It is disheartening. Go ahead and write some long winded response to try to make yourself feel better.
This woman was extremely rude and unprofessional Run run run a lot of wasted time constantly putting me off and promising one thing doing another texting instead of a professional call showing up at my home unannounced !!! Not the time frame of day or time she said she would poor communication horrible!!! I should of read the previous review which warned others to her rude demeanor!!!!!
