Upon finally reaching our vacation destination by car on the east coast, I received a phone call with the information that my sister had died unexpectedly in Bend, Oregon. After flying for 11 hours the next day I arrived at her home in a state of shock, disbelief and deep grief. I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. As executor of my sister's will, the advice I got was, "The first step is to get yourself a probate lawyer." Who in the world to call? I didn't know anyone in Bend, so who could give me a referral? I was lost. Searching online I read Atty. Patricia Nelson's excellent reviews and called her office. "The rest is history," and thank God, that history is nothing but positive. Warmly greeted by Patricia, Hannah (a paralegal) and Glenda (office manager) on each visit to their office, I found myself served by three compassionate and competent professionals. Patricia "Trish" and staff are not only concerned with every detail of the probate process, but also with the wellbeing of their clients. I highly recommend Patricia Nelson to others in order for your particular legal situation to go as smoothly as possible. I could not have done better and I am forever grateful to Patricia, Hannah and Glenda
When my friend died, I was left with the task of being the trustee of her will. It was unknown to me how to do this. I found Patricia Nelson in the phone book. I called and was immediately called back, reassured and got an appointment right away to discuss it. She and her staff helped me to see that it was going to be okay. It was such a weight off my shoulders. The whole experience showed me that we needed to get our own affairs in order. Patricia set us up with a will and trust. It was an easy to understand process and compared to probate, very affordable. They all communicate on my level and explain everything in detail. We are very pleased with the result.
Patricia is a very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate person. She came highly recommended to me by a close trustworthy friend. I feel very blessed to have been referred to Patricia. In this day and age she is certainly a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Patricia whether it’s for a consultation or if you are in need of someone you can trust to represent you and your needs.
I had the honor of having Two Spruce Law helping with a an estate I had inherited and no idea the complications that were involved. Thank God for Patricia and Hannah!! They took care of everything. The filing, letters, always kept me informed and copies of everything they did. They even took the headache I would of got if I had even tried to do this on my own. Just want to thank you wonderful ladies and especially Hannah for making this all go so smoothly. If I ever (which I hope not) you ladies will always be my first choice. Thank you again for everything. Julie Neff Bend, Oregon
I found Patricia Nelson through internet research when I was looking for legal assistance to protect my vulnerable mother. I'm so glad I found Patricia Nelson and Two Spruce Law! My mother's health was in serious decline, but she had been hiding it from everyone. After thoroughly and comprehensively interviewing my mother, Patricia Nelson created a power of attorney that best suited our needs. It turned out to be the best thing for my mother's future. The power of attorney contained the exact language required for me to be able to help my mother. It stood up to challenges from financial institutions, pension administrators, medical providers, and even members of our own family. My mother is now safe, her health has improved, and her finances are protected. Patricia Nelson's demeanor is professional, yet she is warm and compassionate toward her clients. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience and a better outcome for my mother. If I could rate her higher than five stars, I would!
I am a retired business woman 80 years old. I was so pleased to meet Patricia and her assistant Samantha. I needed a new will within a week. They accomplished it with ease and efficiency. I highly recommend them. They truly do their business with compassion and great skill.
Patricia and her team did a fantastic job handling my probate case, was very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting the process taken care of in a timely manner. Outstanding people, outstanding performance
I found Patricia through an internet search and took a chance because I liked what I saw in a short video. I could not be more pleased with how she walked me through a very difficult time for my family. There were more than a few unique circumstances to navigate in executing a Will and she consistently kept on top of all aspects and gave excellent advice. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.
Patricia Nelson is one of the best attorneys I have ever dealt with. She handled my sister's estate quickly and efficiently. I live on the east coast, which could have made this time consuming and expensive. I wish she was licensed in my state so I could use her services again.
Patricia is my "go to" when I need representation. I feel very confident in her advice and she always does her due diligence to keep me compliant with the court. Her staff is very friendly and easy to work with and I don't think I would be as confident as I am in my role as a fiduciary if I didn't have Patricia to guide me along.
