Patricia Marr is very competent and knowledgeable. She took care of everything from court dates to dealing with my insurance company. For all the classes I had to do for this DUI I did not have to worry about dealing with the legal part. Her communication with me kept me informed on everything. The only court appearance I had to make was my sentencing and I could not have done it without her by my side.
I am a current client and I cannot state how polished and experienced attorney Patricia Marr is. She is a great asset to have on your team and in the courtroom. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent family law attorney.
I recently concluded my case with Patricia, she and her team were awesome, they kept me informed throughout and worked to get me a great resolution. I would recommend Patricia for a great defense.
After being struck from behind by a drunk driver, and not knowing how to navigate the the in's and out's of personal injury lawsuits I realized very fast that I needed an attorney. Patricia came to my home and listened to the details of my situation, and unlike most other clients she has served before I brought a unique set of problems to the table as I was a paralyzed driver many years before this now new set of injuries. Her and her staff found me the rite therapies, and doctors that led to me finding a new found appreciation of my overall health and well being. She is very intelligent, professional, compassionate and very good at what she does. Her compassion and attention was a breath of fresh air in an extremely stressful time. I continue to recommend her and her staff to anyone in need of legal representation.
Faced with the daunting task of trying to defend myself in family court, Patricia took my case at a fair price and kept me informed as needed. After suffering a panic attack at my first hearing, Patricia arranged so I would not have to return to court until absolutely necessary. When that time arrived, she aggressively defended me throughout a contentious hearing -and succeeded in getting my case completely thrown out! What a relief. This whole process has been emotionally overwhelming and physically exhausting. I could not sleep for months. I've always thought the judicial system was inherently biased, but Patty definitely levels the playing field. -Hard-nosed, Witty, and Reliable. I will not trust any other attorney with my life. Patricia delivers results.
Patricia Marr is an excellent attorney. My case was very complicated litigation and she was able break down the facts, apply the law and get the result I wanted. I would highly recommend her and I will trust her with all my future legal needs.
On Nov 4, 2021, attorney Patricia Marr was scheduled to represent me in family court. As we entered the hearing, the judge made her opening statement and continued the hearing virtually. The judge asked attorney Marr if she read the CPS report, and the attorney replied no because she didn’t receive it and continued requesting the judge to reschedule the case. The judge declined, and the attorney then hung up on the judge. Per the judge, Marshell attempted to reach attorney Marr over the phone and was unsuccessful. Finally, on the second attempt, she answers the Marshall and states that she is on trial and can not attend at the moment. The judge upset trails the hearing. I get disconnected from the hearing. I then contacted the office of attorney Marr and spoke with Hannah. I asked to talk to the attorney, and she stated that she wasn’t available. I then explained what happened at the hearing, and she said that attorney Marr did represent me and that attorney Marr would call me that afternoon. I was in disbelieve. The following morning Marr called me and explained that she did attend the hear and what happened at the hearing. I then asked her if she addressed everything that was in the motion, and she said that she would resubmit another motion to handle all the issues introduced in the first motion. Attorney Marr could have addressed my opposition in my first hearing and fail to do so. after, she wanted to resubmitted a motion again and charge me for it. which I believed I shouldn't of been again because of her mistakes. A couple of weeks later, I heard nothing from attorney Marr, and after several attempts to get ahold of her, I decided not to do business with her. Nov 29, 2021, was made aware of my decision, yet she continued representing me without my consent. By signing off on orders made by the opposing party which she didn't agree with.
I have recently given up on having Patricia Marr represent me. She and her office is in constant disarray and confusion. I cannot get straight answers from her on simple matters, such as if process service has been completed. When I terminated her it took many weeks for her to turn over my legal files. I was a day from filing a State BAR complaint when I finally received copies. I to this day have never received my original documents. I strongly do not recommend this firm.
