Patric Smith is one of three Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys in the Yakima County Prosecutor's Child Support Division. We establish parentage for children, enter appropriate child support orders, modify child support orders, and assist in enforcing child support for children, whether or not they receive public assistance. Referrals to establish parentage or work in court relating to child support come from applications to the Division of Child Support.
