I joined McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates in 1994 and now hold the role of managing shareholder. I work primarily in the  Columbia office and practice in the areas of automobile accidents, workers' compensation, wrongful death, premises liability and all forms of personal injury.  I received my B.A. degree from Virginia Tech in 1989 and my law degree from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law in 1994. I was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1994 and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, in 1995. I have served as an adjunct professor in the paralegal training program at Orangeburg/Calhoun Technical College as well as a member of their Advisory Board for Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice.I am a member of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Education Association, South Carolina Association of Justice, and Injured Workers Advocates.   I am also a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and its Torts and Insurance Practice sections, a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the former co-chair of the Richland County Young Lawyers Division.  I am proud to have represented thousands of injured South Carolinians and help them through what is often a difficult and painful time in their lives.  If we can ever be of service to you or a loved one, please call us – It won’t cost you anything to see if we can help.Any result our firm may achieve on behalf of one client in one matter does not necessarily indicate similar results can be obtained for other clients.
