The police report and blood test stated that I had Zanaz and a trace amount of marijuana in my system at the time of the arrest. I hired Halo Attorneys to represent me. At the initial consultation I spoke with Attorney Heshmati. He told me the case was one he thought we had a chance of winning or reducing to a reckless driving. I paid him ($2,500.00) and left. Aprox one month later Mr. Heshmati called me and said he could resolve my case with a reckless driving or we could take it to trial. He told me he thought we should take the case to trial. He said the chance of success at trial was aprox 70%. I thought about it for a while and finally decided to take my case to trial. Long story short we won! I have used attorneys before and by far this was the best experience I have ever had with one. Knowing the chance of success was huge in my decision to go to trial. I am a stratified customer writing a review is the least I could do to show my appreciation.
