This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. She completely ignores phone calls and emails for months! We used her for our chapter 13 case. Even though we paid her the full fee for service, she asked to be paid extra for services related to the case in between the time we filed and the end of the case. She changed offices a couple of times and we had to track her down. Never again!
