Marvin Bober, Washington, D.C.; Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge F. Owen Eagan. I was born in West Hartford, CT and currently live there with my wife and family. My education has included Northwest Catholic HIgh School, Wesleyan University, and Georgetown Law Center.
