What I appreciated most about Olivia was her availability and her efforts to keep me informed. No question was ever too small and she always responded quickly and clearly. I felt included in every step of the process and was most impressed by her willingness to keep in contact not only by phone, but by email, and text when needed.
Olivia was very helpful in my complex business situation. We had an investment property that was underwater and were considering bankruptcy and she clarified our legal and loan documents and our liability and made everything straightforward. Due to the sensitive nature of our situation, she was very responsive to timelines and actually made herself available on evening and weekends to make various deadlines.
