I was recently a client of Mr. Gavrilov and I could not have been happier with the advice and services that he provided. Mr. Gavrilov is both an exceptional attorney and a savvy business advisor -- better than any other lawyer I have met either among corporate attorneys running large M&A / partnership deals, or among lawyers representing small businesses. Besides being hard-working, genuinely committed to helping you, and very well versed in the actual practice of the law -- which is quite rare by itself -- he also has a great intuition and talent for arguing cases in front of judges and juries.

Ognian Gavrilov was very helpful in settling my case, related to construction. I had a bad experience with my previous lawyer and I was lucky to replace him with such a bright, understanding, experienced and reasonably priced lawyer like Mr. Gavrilov. The communication with him was easy because he is very accessible. He responded to my e-mails right away and always returned my phone calls keeping me informed about my case at all times. The professionalism of Mr. Gavrilov made me feel secure and calm in the unpleasant situation of being sued. I would highly recommend Mr. Gavrilov because he is professional, reliable and knowledgeable lawyer.

The decision to hire such a self-serving attorney that puts words my mouth to cover himself in later situations and who told me it was in my best interest to believe that 7 months idle time was common in a divorce, meanwhile, the other side got so comfortable in there position. But after, Mr. Gavrilov, I was in court and I got a divorce less then (2) months after. These dishonest unprofessional people need to know their "place" their not the only game in town, he told me I'll get "worse" attorney if not "nothing better", I told him you are mistaken, its just a cycle of abuse I seem to find myself in. And I'll get no better, "Ha!!". Less than two (2) months later I saw Mr. Gavrilov, in the courts as I was indeed and in fact getting my divorce. Until I asked questions and used my obviously superior to their Administrative abilities in that office to cut right through the facade that they have a great running office, and get personnel to follow through for once in there lives. To the point of over the phone or otherwise this Attorney was stuttering and stammering to my all too in depth questions with no valid or logical response nor answers to my important paid questions. And he thought he did everything effectively to dissuade me from my questions and keep in the total dark with no information for a majority of that (7) months. That's when it became an issue for me- I just would not tolerate anymore withholding of information, sloppiness or further excuses. I had had enough, he said he was being mindful of costs & finances, who's??? Is my question??? Guess that leaves only him to benefit from my time and waiting. And that never even came up during our consultation regarding me requesting "low cost", why would I when he declared it was expected to come through "under budget" due to the simplicity of the case, so that meant I would get some of my deposit back because he said the cost wouldn't come close to what I deposited. And low cost never came up during our non existent communications during the big whole (2) chats within (7) months. And it was only because I called them, they never gave me updates, only kept me in the dark, (PS! Do not let attorneys tell you a long time or waiting is to you benefit, it is only for theirs- so they can "shelf" yours and work on more profitable ones at the same time and way too often at your "Expense", of time, money, stress, life quality, you'll get it.) "BIFURCATION" is the answer for those that can do it, its cheaper and puts you in a middle playing ground, where the other side has no more leverage on your divorce, ask questions and do not settle for answers there willing to fill you full of, most is all Trickery . Ask questions folks, never settle for 1st opinions, they'll bleed you dry of time and will power and I'm not just referring to this attorney there have been a few more in my past dealings.- I've also found brilliant ones, they know the importance of what's currently happening to you in your divorce agony. When he started acting like an attorney- accept it was "against me", it was a struggle, but I maneuvered him to "Substitute Out" as my attorney, much easier then requesting it from a dishonest person, that will make it otherwise very difficult and costly to you, remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease, it's effective, tried and true. I will post the truth about this process, until desperately shut down, that's what they do right? They will attempt to make the other (clients usually) look in the wrong. I invite anyone that comes in contact with this type of attorney style or one resembling), we all need to know how to recognize and navigate around these landmines that will blow up our face, as well as the colossal duds we've chosen, than fall insecure, trapped, and very unhappy of what we're hearing what they can or are willing to do for us, there is a difference, you know that right?
