Lilia Baialardo is an associate attorney at Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern, LLP. Her areas of practice include Probate and Trust & Estate Administration, Elder Law, Estate Tax, Estate Planning, Business Law, Real Estate, Medicaid, and Guardianship. After graduating summa cum laude from the University at Albany in 2004, she earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2006. While in law school, Lilia interned for the Article 81 Guardianship Part of Mental Hygiene Legal Services, Appellate Division, Second Department here on Long Island, and she worked at the New York State Law Revision Commission, where she assisted in researching and drafting the recently passed legislation amending New York State’s General Obligations Law on Durable Powers of Attorney to take effect September 2009. Lilia is licensed to practice in New York, and is a member of the Elder Law Section and Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association, and the Elder Law Section and Surrogate’s Court Section of the Suffolk County Bar Association. In addition to being dedicated to public service, she is also dedicated to her family, church and community, and seizes any opportunity she is given to speak with business owners, the elderly, and their families.
