When you think he is not working on your case - wrong - he IS working as is his team. Tons of correspondence being done, documents filed with the courts, depositions, meetings, a lot of legal stuff happening. When it is coming together he meets with you and explains all this and brings you up to date on your case. It takes a long time to get through this - and you WILL learn to be patient. He worked very hard for my husband and I. I would recommend him and any attorney in his group to anyone who needs help! He is highly respected by his peers.

this is a former client . alpizar advertises a lot and does not handle his own cases and he does not tell you that. basic step were not taken in my 2 cases and he secretly files documents that are not true. you cannot get timely copies of your file. he refused to tell me the number of cases he has and I saw files stacked up on the 2d floor . when I tried to get answers and copies he was not truthful and will avoid you. he has major conflicts of interest with insurance companies and does not put the clients interests first. I saw other clients downstairs crying and irate. this is a high volume operation and it is to be avoided. the client is the loser and there is only pennies on the dollar with him. he advertises a lot and his advertising is misleading. if there is a verdict with alpizar there is routinely an appeal where the client is pressured to take even less. in my 2nd crash he let the file sit for four years and refused to let me see the file and as a result the case and all my insurance coverage was lost. his paralegal is used to get the client to sign things without knowing what going on . the experience was a nitemare.
