Mr. Goudy represented me in my divorce in 2/2008. I specifically asked Mr. Goudy to ensure that I would get a CHILD SUPPORT ORDER. Months went by & Friend of the Court know nothing about a child support order. I informed Mr. Goudy about this several times. His response was "I don't have anything to do with that". By the time I found out that there there was NO child support order in my decree. I had paid Mr. Goudy $1675.00 of his $2,000.00 fee. I informed him of his mistake but all he did was run to the bank and cash my last installment. He never bothered to respond to my letter nor my phone call. Mr. Goudy owes me my money back!
