Nolan Weltchek is a young. aspiring, dedicated attorney. He listened to everything. We never felt rushed in the office or on the phone. He genuinely cares and has your best interest at heart. . He explained upfront what was going to happen and how long it would take. Every detail of my brothers case was put under a microscope and review my him and his firm. I would highly recommend Nolan. He gets the job done!
I lost my dad nearly two years ago due to egregious neglect on the part of the hospital and a lazy nurse and nurse practitioner. Because my dad was 71 y/o, five law firms in DE didn't want to take our case because it wasn't "winnable". In other words, not worth their time. My sisters and I were ready to give up when I decided to post our case on a website for any lawyer to read and contact us if interested. Nolan weltchek was the only person who responded. Our first conversation was by telephone for over an hour. He wanted to know what happened. He is so genuine. You can feel the empathy in his voice. He set up a meeting with us and we gave him the medical records. We figured this is where he reads them and tells us he isn't interested as all the others did. We were wrong. He contacted us and told us that he wanted to work for us. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. You knew immediately that you were in good hands. In six months, we were able to hold those accountable for their actions, thanks to Nolan. Six months ago, he was our attorney. Today, we consider him a good friend.
Weltchek Mallahan and Weltchek was my first choice for legal representation. Nolan Welchek listened attentively to my concerns and worked diligently on my behalf. He always took his time to address my questions and ensure that I understood the legal process. His experience and knowledge put me at ease. He and his office staff were always prompt to respond and communicated clearly. It was a pleasure to work with him.
We just finished our wrongful death case and Nolan represented my family and I. It's hard to explain in words how much we appreciate what Nolan did for us. He was very professional and he basically held our hands the entire process. Anytime we had a question we would call and speak to Nolan and he would explain, in detail, what we could expect to happen and how the process works. The amount of research he personally did blew us away. Nolan became the subject matter expert on our case in every field. He was able to find the right expert witnesses for every important detail in our case. Nolan was also honest and told us everything we needed to hear. Nolan was also very personable and caring. In a very difficult time he made things much easier for us by taking control of a situation we knew nothing about and helping us make important decisions. Nolan was by far the best attorney we could have ever hoped for. Not only did we get the best attorney with Nolan but we got a good friend.
