My husband and I sought the help of Noah to fight for physical custody of my step-daughter. I spent about 45 minutes with Attorney Noah Kilroy in his Fall River Ma Office. During that time we discussed the reasons why I needed an Attorney and what could be done to resolve my legal issue. He assured me that he would take the case and would call me within a day or two to go over the details. I have never heard back from him even after leaving several voice mails requesting the status on my pending case. I asked him to contact me and let me know wether or not he was taking the case but never heard back from him. I have no idea why he has not contacted me or what his reason is for not at least contacting me to let me know wether or not he was going to represent me. He is arrogant and unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone that needs a qualified professional Attorney.
