Nisma Baig has been working in immigration law since 2005. She has more than 14 years’ experience in general immigration law. She spent her first 5 years as a Senior Paralegal at the reputable immigration law firm, Iandoli Desai & Cronin P.C., located in Boston, MA. During her time there she assisted in the representation of businesses, institutions and individuals on a wide range of U.S. immigration and nationality issues. While working as a paralegal, Nisma attended Suffolk University Law School evening program in pursuit of her Juris Doctor which she earned in 2012 with honors. Nisma passed the New York State Bar Exam and has been a licensed immigration attorney since August 2012. Upon licensure, Nisma Baig moved to San Francisco, CA to be an Associate at Ryvin Wallace Group. As an Associate Ms. Baig filed numerous and complex business and family based immigration cases. Her primary focuses were on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant cases for technology start-ups and government contractors. In 2015, Nisma relocated to Washington, D.C. as an Associate for Deutsch, Killea & Eapen working on immigration cases nationwide, in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.Attorney, Nisma Baig, particularly handles non-immigrant H-1B Specialty Worker cases, employment-based permanent-residence cases (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, National Interest Waiver and PERM labor certification). This includes I-140 immigrant petitions, followed by adjustment of status or consular processing. She also has a successful track record securing permanent residence based on fiancé, marriage and parent-child relationships.
