And he said he wil make us a legal visa. Than he said we can stay not legally in US, and no one can take us out of the country, because we are waiting for him to make us a working visa. We paid him several times as he asked. This is a huge scammer, and you need to know it. Be careful of him. Finally we been deported from US. And I paid him another $6,000. He said he would help, and hi did not! When I tried to contact him after I got deported, he never answered me.

I asked him to not go any further with my documents and he refused to refund any money claiming that the "free consultation" took up almost 2 hrs of his time and that his billing rate is $300/hour! My only recourse now is to go to small claims court against this lawyer. Very disappointed.
