This is the kind of attorney who gives the profession a GOOD name. He's been consistently helpful to me, even when he wasn't obligated to help. I can't say enough about him! I had concerns with another case out of state and he was happy to help me on a SUNDAY. I give him 10 stars!!!
We met Atty. Nima Taherian on October 20, 2011. It was the first time me and wife met him and we were already comfortable talking with him about our problem. We came to see Nima for the purpose of seeking help and advise in filing for bankruptcy. He was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. We were already confident that Nima was the person that could help us with our problem. He was very professional in taking the time explaining to us about the process. He was very thorough. He always answers and returns our telephone calls if ever we had any questions and he was always available if ever we need him.
Nima has helped me with 2 bankruptcies and always has been nice and helpful. I am very happy with his prompt service and would highly reccomend him.
Very helpful and reasonable in regards to my chapter 7. Like a burden lifted from my shoulders.
Helped me solve my car issue problem with a reasonable payment plan for my circumstances in a good atmosphere. Highly reccommended. Thanks!
I came to Nima in November, 2010 for the purpose of bankruptcy protection regarding the anticipated death of my Mother and the anticipated inheritance of her house and Property that I would receive, relative to a Federal Tax Lein filed by mean old "Aunt IRis." Although my case was somewhat convoluted, partially due to the quirkiness of Mother's will, and the dated nature of some of "Aunt IRis'" claims, Nima obtained the answers and initiated the action(s) that I needed to takeinitiate in order to take the strain and pressure off of me. Mother died in late April, 2011 and then we had to change from Chapter 7 to 13 and finally have it discharged completely. He gladly spoke with my Probate Attorney and my Enrolled Agent, maintaining a most professional and realistic approach. He advised me when I needed to appear before the trustee and when I didn't, again taking a load off of my mind! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIMA TO ANYONE that has "potential bankruptcy/Aunt IRis Problems" Anyone that would want to talk to me directly can call my voice mail number, leave a message and I will return your call. That number is 206-376-7677.
Nima is a wealth of information. He is diligent and his follow up and follow through are excellent. He has handled Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for both myself and my son. Very professional and as I said a wealth of information. K

Nima is a wealth of information. He is diligent and his follow up and follow through are excellent. He has handled Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for both myself and my son. Very professional and as I said a wealth of information. K
