All I can say is that if it weren't for him my family would not have been able to travel to our home country to see my grandma for the last time before she passed. He made sure we had everything to present to immigration in order to receive a parole to travel and come back to the country. He is straight forward with you and honest. He said we had to possibly wait 3-6 months to receive our parole letter but received it in less than 2 months. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE who needs a professional view on their immigration case. He not only helped our family of four but my uncle as well.
i had a deportation case, he never gave up on me we won the case, helped my mother and sister and uncle as well. great lawyer THANK YOU.
Nikolay has been working with many of my family members for over 6 years He is very Honest and I would recommend him 100%
I was a recommended to Nikolay by a friend my mother was in involved in a raid where they took her to Farmville, VA by ICE. I think it was the best choice I made because Nikolay got my mother release within a few weeks with no bond or money needed. My mother had a deportation notice in Baltimore, MD back in 1991 when she first entered the country. After about 11 months later Nikolay got the deportation notice dropped and got my mother her green-card with no problem from a court room in Virginia. Even thou we were Maryland residents he still took the case and beat the odds. I am so thankful to this gentleman because my mother was able to reunite with her mother after 25 years he really helped me make my wish come true. I love you Nikolay you really did a great job.
i had a really good experience with nikolay he was very honest and responsible. i didnt have all the money he helped me on that giving me the chance to work a payment schedule. at the end i got my green card on the mail before i expect it..
After having consultations with eight diiferent of the so-called best immigration lawyers in the metro area, I had all but given up hope for one of my family members who was in ICE custody and facing immediate deportation. I was referred to Nikolay Iordanov at the last second by a friend, thank God we found Nikolay Iordanov. When eight different immigration lawyers told me that our case was hopeless and that my family member should just ask ICE for voluntary departure, we didn't expect to hear anything different. Nikolay Iordonov told me we have a 50/50 chance , so we hired him . Nikolay Iordonov against all odds was able to get my family member released on bond and was able to get a low bond amount , most bonds are higher than $5000.00 !! He not only had my family member released from custody on bond, but he was also successful in getting work authorization until the case is resolved, which will take years ! I have seen Nikolay in court and he is very good and has a good relationship with the immigration judges and the lawyers from ICE. I highly recommend Nikolay Iordonov for anyone with difficult immigration matters and for anything in general with immigration...... he is very good and his rates are very reasonable compared with other immigration lawyers in our area. I cannot say enought how much my family appreciates what Nikolay Iordonov has done!
If I was able to to give a 0, I would! The way he speaks is so unprofessional. I had called to go to his office for a consultation. We did talk over the phone but I'm the person who likes to talk in person rather than over the phone. His words were " you don't have to come all the way here, you're going to waste your time and my time." Like excuse me, you were going to get paid what do you mean waste your time. I decided to go him a 2nd chance and called a 2nd time & he was so disrespectful and rude. I would NEVER recommend him.
Mr. Iordanov was recommended to me by a friend. I called him a few weeks ago and he seemed very knowledge on the phone. I was impressed that he was able to see me right away. I drove 45 minutes to meet with him, but from the minute I walked into his office he appeared frustrated. I proceeded to seat down and he proceeded to talk on the phone and complete his conversation for approximately 15 minutes. I was very pleased to he hear him speak perfect Spanish. So I did not mind waiting. At the end of his conversation he asked why I was there and I briefly explained my situation before we were interrupted again by a phone call. Another 15 minutes go by before he asked me about my case again. He spoke for about 5 minutes. He appear knowledgeable and helpful, but we got interrupted by another phone call and he was proceeding to work on the computer while on the phone. I have been there for almost an hour and by then I realized my case was not important to him. I started to gather my papers and he asked if I was leaving and I said yes. He asked why and I told him I felt him answering the phone while I was there was disrespectful. He became very angry, called me a "desgraciada" and asked me to leave his office immediately. I asked him to give a few minutes to gather my papers and he said "quick, get out of my office" " get out" I would have never expected to be treated in such a rude manner by a professional and someone who has to deal with people in his profession. I was never even given a proper introduction but was treated rudely for leaving. I understand that his job is demanding but other's time is also important and should be respected. I was insulted, disrespected and mistreated just for expressing my opinion that I was being ignored. I truly feel and believe that good manners/respect should be practiced and not taken for granted.

i had a deportation case, he never gave up on me we won the case, helped my mother and sister and uncle as well. great lawyer THANK YOU.
