After several years of back and forth with my ex-husband and trying to go through the process of a dissolution ourselves, I had finally had enough and found Tara Price. Tara was wonderful throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions (even the stupid ones) without making me feel defeated. She made the process smooth and was always quick to respond, even in the middle of the pandemic. From the beginning she was understanding, honest and straight forward with me, making an uncomfortable process as seamless and comfortable as possible
In a very weird and crazy situation, during a pandemic! Tara was amazing! Quick to answer questions. Explain to me everything going on and the best thing, she was honest. I will be using her in years to come for another child custody.
Tara was very professional straight to the point and she made my process so easy. I felt very comfortable with her representing me. Everyone in the practice that I had contact with was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Tara was amazing. I interviewed several attorneys and she was hands down the best choice. She was very cognizant of my time and money and handled things very professionally. I would most definitely use her again in the future if needed and highly recommend her expertise.
Tara was referred to me by a family friend and I was very happy with her counsel. She was honest and thorough, leading me to all options that I had. I appreciated her flexibility with my schedule for meetings and she was quick to respond to any correspondence. During a very difficult time for my family, Tara was a calming presence, and helped us navigate through our situation.
Tara is very good at being a divorce and separation attorney. She not only got the custody that I wished for, but she was there to help with my emotional tribulations that a divorce can sometimes put a person through. I highly recommend Tara for the passion and confidence in which she conducts her career
She did an excellent job for me. Understood and knew what to do. Very efficient and kept in constant contact with me.
Not only does she wildly overcharge which I am finding out now that I have a different lawyer for my custody case, but she doesn’t do everything she is supposed to as your lawyer. I was told to come up with my own joint custody schedule (she should have shown me options and helped guide me into the right one), she didn’t follow through and make sure my ex paid all of his stuff by 90 days after the divorce, she didn’t secure holidays like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day in our custody agreement- I could go on and on. All things I’m finding out now that I actually have a lawyer who does a fantastic job and doesn’t overcharge me either. I wouldn’t recommend her in the end unless you want your dissolution to last for 2 years and cost you thousands and thousands.
Don't waste your money. Communication is awful. If you have high anxiety and stress about your case and want answers/communication right away, this is not it. I felt like I had to hound her just to get a phone call. The only time I heard back right away was when I chose to fire her. Very unprofessional. Showed up to court completely unprepared and discussed other cases while myself and the other attorney discussed my case.
With over two weeks until my next court date I contacted Tara literally begging her to help me see my children who have been kept from me by their vindictive mother for absolutely no reason. She strung me along for a day or two and then said she doesn't have time to prepare. I told her let's just dismiss this case and start another one then. She said she was not the right fit.it's a child and family case and you are a child and family lawyer. How is it not a good fit? Does she only represent women? Very disappointed.
