In addition to overseeing Firm operations, Ms. Armstrong supervises and coordinates departmental and attorney projects. She also serves as a resource to the Firm’s attorneys on collateral source and subrogation issues. Ms. Armstrong is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by the publication. Martindale Hubbell ratings are determined by the confidential opinions of other lawyers. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, Ms. Armstrong earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received the high honor of Order of the Coif. In addition, she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and a Dean’s Merit Scholar. Ms. Armstrong received the C.A.L.I Excellence for the Future Award for Financial Accounting for Lawyers. Ms. Armstrong earned her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Colorado, where she graduated with distinction and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. While in school, she participated in a volunteer program at the Boulder County Jail designed to help rehabilitate inmates. Specifically, she taught the inmates basic math to prepare them to take the GED exam. Nicole is an avid scuba diver with over 400 dives. She dives locally in South Florida and has also traveled abroad to locations such as the Galapagos, Cocos Island, and French Polynesia to dive. She is passionate about marine conservation and contributes to charitable organizations dedicated to that purpose. Ms. Armstrong regularly participates in mud runs and obstacle races, and likes to travel to colder climates to snowboard. When not participating in outdoor activities, Ms. Armstrong enjoys reading and spending time with family.
