Nichole D. Flippen concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, commercial litigation and real estate law. As a founding member of Flippen Casey, PLLC, she is dedicated to providing quality legal services to her clients. Nichole represents and advises individuals and entities in a wide array of business matters involving entity formation, litigation, contracts and business transactions. In addition to her business law practice, Nichole maintains an active real estate practice representing Boards of Directors and individual members of condominium associations and homeowners associations. She also handles matters involving commercial and residential leases and other landlord/tenant matters.Nichole attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance. She then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor, concentrating her studies in corporate and securities law. While in law school, Nichole interned with the Law Office of Cecelia A. TaBois, the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD now FINRA). In addition, she was a member of the Honor Board, the Securities Law Students’ Association, and the Black Law Students’ Association. Nichole is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Her professional memberships include: the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the Northern Virginia Black Attorneys Association. She is also a Board Member for a local condominium association and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
