Nick showed me the meaning of "Walk Softly. Carry a Big Lawyer." I had a business dispute about amount I supposedly owed to a bsuiness opponent. Before any lawsuit was filed, I reatined Nick and he was all over them, letters, phone calls, telling them what was going to happen if they proceeded. Total surrender on their part.

Nick serves as counsel of record for all matters regarding my PR agency. I run anything by him that has any possible legal implication and he responds thoughtfully, substantively and efficiently. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Other lawyers didn't want my case or wanted large retainers which I couldn't afford. Nick found an alternate procedure to take care of my problem which not only provided faster results but actually saved me money. I never met an attorney who actually came in under budget!

I hired Nick Andrea to help with a bad faith Insurance case from a significant house fire that left my house in ruins. Andrea was canceling appointments at the last minute and giving multiple excuses. Just before there was a motion for summary judgment he said he wanted to meet me as we had yet to meet. All of our paperwork was done by fax and I mailed in the retainer check. Andrea wasn't responding on the date we had scheduled when I tried to confirm beforehand. He then said that he needed to meet me because he was withdrawing from the case due to financial problems and that he was shutting down his practice. I asked him to please help me find another lawyer before doing that. He did not help me find another lawyer but then said he would stay on the case to help me. I found out after the fact that in our opposition to the motion for summary judgment that I helped him prepare, he did an incorrect and incomplete signature verification for me so my opposition to the motion for summary judgment was thrown out. Even most lay people know how to do a correct signature verification line. But the case was so strong that the judge left causes of action open to go to trial on, even without being able to consider my opposition to the motion for summary judgement. Then, in another reckless action, Andrea decided to have my case dismissed just before trial, telling me I can later appeal it. I went through many lawyers for help on this and they were all baffled. You can't appeal your own dismissal. I have an email to Andrea specifically telling him not to dismiss my case which he did not listen to. He later sent me a bill from the insurance company's lawyers of over $12,000 for the lawsuit since we dismissed it and they had those expenses. Again in another reckless action, I realized that Andrea waited to send me this bill just past the time I had to dispute it. I will eventually be filing a complaint with the State Bar against him but have been consumed with still trying to save my house. Please proceed with caution if you hire him and if he is still taking on new cases, contrary to what he stated when handling my lawsuit.

NICHOLAS ANDREA is our go to guy when it comes to my company's legal needs. He gets back to us fast with a solution.
