I'm going to say. I initially hired another attorney for my custody case. I had a custody evaluation against me. I had prior convictions and my ex is a nurse. I switched attorneys late in the game. This was 3 years in the making and I hired him with 2 months before by trial. It was a 2 day trial. I got to keep my kids. No matter what this man requests for a retainer. Pay it, don't think twice, pay the man, you won't be disappointed.

Nick has represented two generations in my family for multiple reasons. He has represented myself, my husband, uncles, aunt, brother, mother and father. He is excellent in all areas of the law and without him I could have ended up in many dire situations. I live more than an hour away and will only use Nick to represent me. I have worked with other lawyers and although they were good no one compares to Nick. I am more than proud to recommend him.

Attorney Quinn represented me in a criminal matter about 4 years ago and was very polite. He fought and gave me a fair chance in court. He also made me feel safe & confident. Staff was friendly. He also helped a relative of mine out as well. All around great attorney! He seems intimidating but is not!

I've been using Nick for a couple years for my never ending custody battles with my ex husband that seem to spring up whenever he starts working and PA-DR starts docking his pay for back child support. Nick is super and surprisingly ethical. He's one of those lawyers who don't need to use "scum bag lawyer" tactics... the way he presents the case or his arguement, it's impossible to deny. He's extremely intelligent and quick witted, his office staff is great too and extremely friendly. When you walk into his office, it's your typical fancy attorney office with the typical fancy/professional dress, but it doesn't feel "stuffy" and I've never been made to feel like I was beneath them. I've already sat there and had convos with his staff after visiting him about my case about the one's grand kids and where I buy my daughters boutique clothes cheap. I can't speak for others, but with me, he's been extremely reasonable and patient with his fees and payment. He's just great all around and out of the many attorneys I've had to use through out the ordeal with my crazy ex (dragging on for 15 years now!) he's been the one that I trust the most. He absolutely will not let you down.

Was asked by him for a 1000 retainer, that was the only time in over two years he worked for anything! Numerous phone calls to his secretary messages left with her almost never a return phone countless emails with no response and always felt I was fighting my case alone when the whole reason of getting an attorney was someone to fight for me all I ever got was empty promises and lies and he never delivered on ONE thing he promised! He is not a lawyer he is a puppet on a string and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy no one deserves to be treated this way. He also is not up on laws as he gives false info even if you challenge him that you've read or else where that he is wrong! I would not recommend Nicholas Quinn to anyone looking for a lawyer as the only person Nicholas Quinn is good at helping is himself. He should spend more time cleaning up his office and maybe who would know who and when to help when they call or stop in for appointments embarrassing!

Nick was happy to take my money then disappeared. never return my calls going on 3 months I have no idea what is going on with my case. ended up firing him 3 days before hearing. thank god I found the attorney I have now he is going after Nick for the money he took and in 1 day explained my hole case to me he picks up the phone when I call.

i hired on Attorney Quinn to handle a civil case for me and it ended up going criminal b/c we were unable to agree on a plea. at the time i hired him on for the case i also asked that he file an emancipation for me. he said no problem. quoted me $1000 and it was paid in full and he never filed emancipation. he and his secretaries refuse to return any of my calls and its been over 2 months now. my fiancee called and the lady claimed it was a misunderstanding and she'd get back to my by the end of the week. AGAIN, 2 MONTHS AGO! he appeared at magistrate with me one time and had asked that i get a character list together and my family contact info. when i tried to contact him with that i still got no return phone calls. i personally went to his office to speak to him but he was with "other clients". watch yourself with this one! i read somewhat of a similar review about him but my big concern is how can he take my money and not do the job he was paid to do!?! my new attorney will be handling this for me!
