Nicholas Papasifakis is an associate attorney with the Personal Legal Services Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Birmingham, Michigan office.  Nick focuses his practice on estate planning, tax strategy and planning, wealth preservation, business succession planning, and probate and trust administration and litigation.  Nick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  While in law school, Nick served as a member of Law Review, and was the recipient of numerous awards for academic merit.  Prior to joining Clark Hill, Nick worked as an associate attorney at a probate and estate planning law firm in Royal Oak, Michigan, and also as a research attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals.
