I was pulled over for driving on a suspended license D.U.I. related. I had three D.U.I.'s in the same year over seven years ago. I had hired Nicholas to help me out with this situation. I went before the magistrate facing a mandatory sixty day jail-time sentence and a two year additional license suspension. Nicholas was able to talk the cop into dropping the charges down to no jail time and no added suspension, just a fine. Unfortunately the magistrate did not agree to the change and granted the full charges. So I decided to ask Nicholas to help me appeal this judgement. We arrived at the appeal to find the cop did not want to help us out again. Also the opposing counsel showed Nicholas the paper with my charges on it, where it stated they were to not offer me and deals and I was to serve the full sentence as the magistrate had wanted me to. Nicholas went back and forth to the opposing counsel and the cop numerous times pleading my case and his heart to his fullest. Finally he convinced the cop back to our side and we went up before the judge. The cop dropped the charges down to being no jail time, one year added license, and a relatively small fine. The opposing counsel of course through in their objection, but the judge dismissed that and granted me the terms agreed upon between us and the cop. Basically I believe Nicholas pulled off the impossible, a miracle. If I would have served that time it would have crippled the strives I've made to better my life since my previous predicaments. He couldn't have done a better job. He never gave up. We had everything against us and still prevailed. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you again Nick, you're the best!
