I am a member of the firm practicing in the areas of civil litigation, banking and licensing. I have significant trial and appellate experience representing financial institutions on a daily basis.I represent lenders in the documentation and closing of commercial real estate loan transactions throughout the country.I developed the firm’s administrative and liquor licensing practice from scratch, advising and representing numerous national restaurants and grocers on all matters related to liquor licenses in Iowa.
