Mr. Anderson is an attorney and the owner of Legacy Law, PLLC. He is a member of the Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Law sections of the Utah State Bar. He represents individuals, families, small businesses, large corporations, personal representatives, trustees, and financial institutions in a variety of legal settings. Mr. Anderson is skilled at drafting estate plans (including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives), handling probates, estate tax planning, forming new business entities, and drafting contracts. He is also routinely involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions (including purchases, sales, leases, contract negotiations, due diligence, title review, and closing document preparation). Nick is passionate about creating legal documents that are tailor-made to fit each client's unique legal situation.
