About
I have been in practice for over thirty years in immigration law and always try and provide individualized attention to every immigration client who I see. I am happy to talk to you over the phone to give you some general direction and to see if a consultation with me is appropriate. I am in solo practice and perform all legal work myself, so you will be confident that I will be in charge of your case in a personal way. I will always try and offer you accurate, truthful advice, which is sometimes hard to come by in this world of immigration law. Thank you!

I have been working with Nelson Brill for about 25 years and had many immigration cases with him. Nelson is a meticulous fellow who prepares cases very rigorously. At the same time he is friendly and does not ask to be overpaid, he allows clients to save money.
This review is long overdue, matter of fact it has been roughly 20 years or back in 1996-97 when I hired Nelson to represent my asylum case in front of immigration judge in Boston court. I have consulted a few immigration attorneys prior meeting Nelson but all I heard from them is that I have a very good chances winning this case with them, that they will gladly accept it and work my case and if necessary take it to a Supreme court to fight for me ( as long as I pay their hourly rate). Nelson however, after reviewing my case told me bluntly that there is nothing "winning" about it’s a loser case and it will take extraordinary amount of work to build this case where it should be in order to have some chance of winning it. To summarize it, I just want to say that he did win my case and it changed my life. For that, Nelson, I will always be thankful to you.
His prompt answer even away from his office was exceptional. His answer was useful and assisted me in taking the right future steps in my case.
