For over 20 years Mr. Abbott has been my general business Lawyer. I had a medical malpractice case, in which I had originally hired a lawyer who should never had taken the case on in the first place. I called Nelson's office the same day I got the letter, explained the situation and was told to come up the next day with all my documents. After consulting with him, he said he would try to help me, there were lots of things wrong and improperly handled but he saw that I had a legitimate claim. He was able to save my case and took me through to a settlement that I was very lucky to get, after the major errors by my previous attorney.
