To start Mr. Mullins personally consulted me on the phone prior to me coming in and signing a retainer, which is more than I could get from other attorneys. He was more than fair with his fees and when the case went beyond the anticipated, he held up his end of the bargain and did not charge me anymore. Mr. Mullins is also very well spoken and well written, which is an important quality in an attorney. He always promptly returned my phone calls. Robert, his paralegal, always responded to my emails and phone calls and kept me appraised of all the developments of the case. I always felt like they cared about my case and were handling it in the best possible manner. And, of course, Mr. Mullins won my relocation case for me .
From personal experience, I highly recommend Neil M. Mullins. His expertise and years of experience in Divorce and Family Law was very beneficial and needed when interpreting the complexity of the current laws. He listens, is professional, honest, thorough and quick to respond with questions or clarification pertaining to my case. The staff and paralegals are also very helpful.
How do I say this, I had one nasty, politically charged, screwed up, irregularities in the record, volatile, divorces and custody cases ever. My case should have never been complex but due to opposing it was made complex. I filed the motion that met the Rooney standard for a change of custody. I hired Neil shortly thereafter. The level of discovery that was done on my behalf was outstanding. Production alone was thousands of pages and worth every penny. The other side was inundated with my items that they failed to even participate in discovery. Huge bonus. Even if they did they still didn't have what was needed to overcome. It was a two day trial and Neil protected me for the day and half I spent testifying, he prepared me properly and when it was all over opposing asked to go home several times. Decision took a bit to come out but the final order was dead on. Key findings were made and allegations made against me were unfounded. If you can afford him it's worth it. Don't settle for less on your children when picking a lawyer. In the end it will cost you. I am now in a position to rely on someone less money to finalize any further issues. But if this is your fist go around or a return due to issues and there are nasty allegations being made, go to Neil. You won't be sorry and you will be pleased. Just know you always get what you pay for.
Neil worked out my divorce to save me time, money, and aggravation. The issue became a 4 year battle with my ex who was determined to punish me. The process was reduced down by Neil and his team to the basics. Every step of the way he and his team found the easiest was out for my own sanity. Stress was minimized as Neil laid out exactly what the opposition was going to come back with. When most of it was ridiculous. Neil calmly asked for me to be patient. Divorce is stressful first of all and can be costly secondly. Neil made it as easy as possible. My ex's unreasonableness was translated to me as asking me to be patient. It worked as I listened to his advice and found my way to the "end of the tunnel." I recommend Neil for a person who will explain, counsel, lay out options and allow you to proceed the way you want to with advice as to outcome. I can't asked for more then that. Thanks again Neil.
Neil represented me in my divorce/custody case. I had to find someone in a hurry due to how suddenly my wife left the state with my two children. Neil was the first person I called and I'm glad he was! Neil is honest and either he, or his paralegal Robert always kept me in the loop as to what was going on, and were great about making sure I understood the legal process and how everything worked. The thing I liked most about Neil was his hard nosed approach in the court room. This guy takes no BS whatsoever. He's very aggressive. He knows the laws and lets nothing slip by! He's extremely smart. I really felt as if Neil took my case personally, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he had to do to help me. Ultimately, we won my case and all the money spent to hire Neil was well worth it. This is a guy you definitely want on your side.
My husband and I used Neil for the adoption of our Granddaughter. He was very professional and thorough. The adoption went very smoothly and we were very pleased with him and his staff.
I have had the opportunity to work with Neil twice. 1st time he was not even my attorney. I was using someone else and did not feel she was doing all she could or had the knowledge. A simple case of child support had turned into a 3 ring circus. I had started calling around for a new attorney feeling defeated for my daughter and called Neil. I was not in a position to Neil at the time, but Neil was kind enough to ask me about the case. He was also very kind enough to give me the steps my attorney should take and what needed to be done. If it were not for Neil my daughter would have never gotten the support she needed. He understood how business works and the loopholes taken by the other party could have devastated the support my daughter needed. He was able to teach me how to stay 1 step ahead of it all. I do believe my then hired attorney should thank Neil for the free education and experience given. Then another situation happened a few years later that I did hire Neil, and again he was able to keep it out of court keep my expenses down and resolve the issue with my X-husband and his attorney. I was a whinny scared worried client and he always called me back either talked me down from the cliff I was on and/or also handled the situation at hand. I would recommend Neil and his team to represent me with the integrity of the law and always doing what is best for the children involved, and having the knowledge to proceed and stay one step ahead. Thanks Neil.
Want to express my thanks and gratitude to Neil for his services and help during my entire divorce process. He and his team made me as comfortable and confident as one could possibly be in a situation like this, and I am positive it would have gone very differently without his guidance and care. His aides were very helpful and easy to work with, and after seeing how the other party was treated (and her side of the case was handled) I feel extremely lucky to have had this team representing me. Thanks again Neil I will enthusiastically recommend your services to anyone whom I come across that could use them.
I had a great experience with Neil’s law firm. They were all very professional and made the divorce process very easy for me. I couldn’t believe how fast everything went. Neil is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Family law can be challenging as you are dealing with people going through a very emotional time. I definitely appreciate someone who’s been doing this for as long as he has and doing it well.
Neil has represented me for the past several years, and has always provided me the best in service, advice and representation. I recommend Mullins Law to anyone who is in need of an honest trustworthy firm who takes pride in everything they do.
