In my career I have moved 11 times and Neil with his staff did an outstanding job supporting us in the sale of our family home. In prior experiences we hardly met or talked to the lawyer until closing. Neil was always available and handled offer communications with a strong knowledge based on his experience and through transparent/consistent communication with us. Always followed our direction but also provided common sense advice to guide us. We were always comfortable.
Me Anderson and his staff made my home sale a breeze. Great work, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend. Ray
I am a lawyer who does not practice in the area of real estate law, so I retained Mr Anderson to represent me in several real estate transactions. From beginning to end, Neil was a strong professional advocate. He even found a way to save me some extra money that could have negatively affected his own fee, but my interests were his first and only concern. In addition, Neil's attorney fees were more than fair. I will continue to have him represent me in the future and would recommend him to anyone if they are looking for the best attorney in our area.
Please accept this as my letter of recommendation for Neil Anderson as your next lawyer. Neil is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. I was always informed when Neil was my attorney and I always felt like I was in very good hands. He never missed a scheduled meeting or court date and he always took my calls. Neil became a key part of our family over the years and I owe a debt of gratitude to him for his service. He is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best customer service methods and has exceptional ethical standards.
Watching from the outside... I was hoping for sound, moral and wise legal advise for my husband that was in the middle of dealing with a poor business contract from a poor business partner and 'adventure'. I was not disappointed. I am profoundly grateful for Neil's ability as a good lawyer to advise my husband by seeing through to the errors and grey matter of this poor partner, contract, and deal that was presented to us (by the other guy's lawyer). Additionally, he advised my husband how to tread lightly and proceed with the ugly business at hand; invaluable service to us! If and when we ever need a lawyer going forward Neil Anderson will be the first lawyer we would seek legal assistance and advise from because of the wisdom & job truly well done on Neil's part regarding my husband's business. I thank God for lawyers like this one!
Neil Anderson has been my attorney for 11 years. I have used him for a range of issues from property transactions to business ventures and family law. Neil is highly intuitive, detail oriented and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the cases he takes on. In the most recent case Neil was not only knowledgeable, he was also patient and consciousness of the sensitivity of the situation. He knows how to balance aggressiveness with respect which leads to results. Him and his staff are always highly accessible. He has very high moral standards which has gained him respect not only from his clients, but other attorneys and judges and that translates in a courtroom.
Neil is one great trial attorney! I was very impressed with his ability to establish rapport immediately with our jury- he involved me in every part of the trial process. Consulted with me while going through jury selection and when making decisions involving the judge and prosecuting attorneys. He knew my case well. Did his research and ultimately won by a unanimous not guilty verdict from our 12 man jury. PRICELESS!! I don't think I could be more grateful for his warm heart and fierce defense. Obviously he gets my thumbs up and 5 stars!!
I have used Neil many, many times over the last 10 years or so. Everything from traffic offenses, to real estate to business. A very intelligent man who has saved my posterior many an occasion. Very fair costs for above average service.
honestly he is a very well educated man who does a damm good job on doing his job. It all depends on your case because everyone's is different but in my case he was very helpful and always seemed to know what he was talking about. he was decent pay but he did remove alot of my court cost's/fees and also took away many of the classes and things i would of had to attend. if your a person who truly made a mistake he is good at working to prove that and lessen your suspension and penalties. he has many connections and knows prosecutors in the cook county area. he is well known for being trustworthy and honestly i felt he couldnt have done a better job with me. he saw i was a good kid and really dedicated time into my case.
He does not question the class that you have been placed in by the dui evaluator, aaccording to state law. I was placed in a higher, when I should not have been. I feel he just represented me in his best interest. prolonged court dates, over 1 1/2 yr. which incure a higher pay rate for himself, and not a better desfense, just a a smaller bank account for me with no possitive RESULT. Would not recommed...... In my opion, he represted himself, with his high cost/pay. Has been in this buss. too long, and first things for him, is his pay.
