As a transactional real estate attorney I provide a distinctive skill set that draws from experience and formal education in the legal and business fields. I create innovative legal solutions for clients through a solid understanding of the business implications of each transaction. Real estate development has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. Growing up on the edge of the Front Range in Colorado, I admired the vast amounts of open space that helped define the United States as a frontier. As we continue to develop our built environment, we need to employ smart forms of development that create vibrant communities and provide a method to conserve open spaces. My professional goal is to use my legal and business backgrounds to encourage efficient development by merging legal and business advice. My broad range of experience includes commercial lease negotiations, real estate valuation, acquisition due diligence, leasing, management, rezoning, and construction of residential investment properties. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona and California.
