I decided to cancel working with her now because of the corona virus situation and asked the office how much of my retainer had been used, I was told that $900 of the $1500 retainer retainer had been used but they refused to give me a credit, and Ms. Nazarena again spoke to me very condescendingly. When looking for a lawyer to hire I think there are many other lawyers who are capable of helping you with empathy and humility without speaking to you as she speaks to her paying clients. Also be aware that her office will have you fill out paper work that is unnecessary and you will be charged for it, the receptionist will also call and ask you for copies of an email that she has already received and you know because you were CC'ed and when you resend to her you will be charged for it and when she calls you to ask you for the email she already received you will be charged. They also call you over and over when you can not talk and charge you for their unnecessary phone calls.
