He also worked for the Arizona State University Civil Justice Clinic, where he played an instrumental role in establishing case law precedent in the Federal District Court of Arizona for claims arising under the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Nate is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is also admitted to practice in the State Courts of Arizona and the United States District Court of the District of Arizona.
