Mr. Whitney was the lead attorney for a case in which I was a codefendant in 2013-2014. He was incredibly thorough and invested in our case, while maintaining a very calm and professional demeanor. We watched him for 3 days of argument, during which time he was calm and extremely organized, even while having literally boxes of evidence. I was so impressed when he pulled out, from the boxes, some nebulous piece of evidence to contradict a statement by the plaintiff. I can't imagine how organized they must be to remember all that information and know exactly where to go in all that stuff to put their hands on it. Seems like a minor point, but it scored us big during the case. We won all counts except one minor issue. The plaintiff had to pay all our costs.
