Mr. Waxman is truly a national leader in the field of NIW and an expert in immigration law. I got referred to him based on the recommendation of my prior lawyer as I was told Mr. Waxman is the best one for employment based immigration applications. It is simply true. He knows the law inside and out. He is very academic and has written extensively. I interviewed with him last year and I was impressed by his skills, focus and attitude. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). He optimistic but realistic with great sense of humor and wonderful spirits. He presented all the options to me and offered the best honest advice. He and his team especially Dr. Pasa helped me build a strong case for my application. They were always on my side. They gave me good advice at all the stages of my application. His office staff are experienced as well and very professional. Soe was so helpful and easy to reach. One of Mr. Waxman amazing traits is his responsive. He is very available and very responsive. He provided reliable answers and quickly which helped in this long road. Sometimes he responds to my emails within seconds or minutes. I always found that so comforting. He never disappoints and I truly think he is the best lawyer to hire for the job. Mr. Waxman has such great experience that everything he predicted became a reality and with his help and his team's effort my Application got approved. I strongly recommended him as immigration lawyer.

I was looking for a Preeminent Immigration lawyer and happy that I found Waxlaw team recommended by a friend who's case was successful with them. I can honestly say that this team is finest immigration lawyer. My case was really interesting in EB1 category and other lawyers didn’t know where to begin and how to support me. I sent my CV to Waxlaw first and I got their phone call right away. Attorney Nathan Waxman and Attorney Susu Durst reviewed my case and listened carefully to details of my case and explained to me the process I was about to go through. Later Attorney Bithi Mukhopoddhay joined me with every details of this case and they all showed me the right path. Specially, understanding about my case and write the petition. Our green card application by EB1, done very efficiently with their guidance. Attorney fees were reasonable and communication was prompt. If anyone need a strong and determined attorney, Waxlaw will be the best choice.

Mr. Waxman was recommended to me by a colleague and a friend, when I did not even know about a visa category called National Interest Waiver. After meeting with Mr. Waxman and learning about the process, I did a thorough research about the particular visa category and leading immigration lawyers in the country. All roads lead to Mr. Waxman. He was clear, realistic and to the point in his advice; his office was very supportive throughout the process; and my not-so-straight-forward case was approved right away. My family and I had our green cards within 9 months of starting the process. I have referred several friends to his practice since, of all whom have been extremely happy. I realize that there are a lot of lawyers out there, many with false promises, some claim they can do it at an unrealistically low price, while others charge outrageous sums. Fees were extremely reasonable, and the process was as clear and transparent as it can get with Waxman Law. Greencard application process is a very sensitive and critical process. I felt fortunate to have found the best practice from the beginning and lucky to have worked with Mr. Waxman’s and his office.

Waxman & his sorry excuse of an unqualified legal team! Where does one begin?! Kept quiet all this while believe in live and let live. after a while realized if people don't speak up of their experiences, othr people will never know. such unprofessionals should NOT be allowed to bungle up more people's cases; esp, when it could be an important life's decision fr someone? One of the absolute worst, thoroughly unprofessional & atrociously mismanaged case handling that my husband had the misfortune of encountering. Nathan's team which consisted of a bunch of unqualified, not to mention rude housewive(s) working as "qualified" paralegal (case in point..one of them, Bithi, worked out of her home in Maryland, should be fired and sued if possible fr her grossly WRONG legal advice & dealing of a client's case), & Waxman's supposed case-strategy SME / "legal guidance provider" - his wife Karen (who turned out was not an attorney herself, behaved as a temperamental, grumpy and frumpy old sham when a client tried to reach her for regular updates or to discuss case strategy) will work the case towards a client's detriment! Never in my past dealings with professional law-firms and on prelim. or detailed consults with immigration attorneys, have I come across a firm where one has no access to talk to or discuss with the only / lead attorney on the case.....instead, forced to deal with a bunch of his team members with attitudes who act as if they're doing you a big favor by spending time on your case; not to mention, calls, questions & emails are not responded to, nor returned on time. There was No realistic & concrete timeline given on whn proposed filing, no effective case strategy or plan provided to my poor husband on how his entire story should / could be presented, Zero encouragement nor advice from a legal perspective frm Waxman; in short, no systematic rational discussions held. Client was kept in the dark and feeling frustrated and helpless! They bungled-up rushed the first case and filed absolutely inadequately the first time so that it resulted in RFEs and denials. Subsequently, they made half-hearted attempts to reappeal and said they redo from another angle, but client / my husband left without access to proper legal discussion, instead he and I had to end up dealing with the inept and rude Karen. Even then, the strategy & advice being offered was wrong!! They had the gall to ask for more money upfront even though not a shard of legal professional satisfactory output was produced, nor shown to the client / us for review or joint discussion. eventually stopped answering calls and emails. So, so glad...my husband found another brilliant attorney and her team and did not proceed with that Waxman fraud and his team for anything further?! Thanks to a brilliant and thorough job by his new legal team, My husband got his Greencard approved under the prestigious EB-1 category in one of the shortest amount(s) of time possible?!! Even his new attorney was pleasantly surprised, (but defintely never doubted for a moment that he would not be approved?!) that his I-140 approval came through in such a jiffy in precisely 2.5 weeks from the time it was submitted / received for processing. It all boils down to precision, meticulous strategy and documents gathering, streamlined efficiency, painstaking hard-work; and MOST importantly, Communication and respect accorded to my husband - the client - / us. the new attorneys and their team displayed all that in putting together and presenting his case story. Skills, it was so clear to see later that Nathan Waxman and his team sorely lacked. No wonder, Nathan and his team would disparage and demerit and criticize every other lawyer or attorney in town as not knowing how to handle cases or not having expertise. Clearly a case of frustrated sour grapes! I would advise any poor new and unsuspecting potential new client against doing any work / hiring Waxman, Karen, Bithi and team.

I hired him in 2006-2007. I had a really horrible experience with Mr. Waxman. He is still the most horrible human being I have ever met even to this day. The immigration officer wrote in the mail that the recommendation letter Waxman wrote, does not explain why a Fashion designer require bachelor's degree. So Waxman wrote another letter, and the immigration officer again wrote that the letter still does not explain about why a fashion designer requires bachelor's degree. Then Waxman stopped answering my calls. I paid him 4500 dollars. (for getting nothing done and telling me whole bunch of lies) The last time when I called him, his wife picked up the phone and yelled at me calling me with bad names. It has been 7 years and I am still very very angry with the horrible experience I had with this man. He is not only a bad lawyer, he is not a good human being.
