Nathan is an excellent business lawyer. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about business litigation, partnership disputes, and non-compete agreements. Highly recommend!
I have known Tom Fafinski and Nate Nelson for 10+ years and they have always handled my business in real estate transactions that are outside the norm. They are creative and outside thinkers with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurs needs for success because they are also entrepreneurs and investors themselves. I highly recommend Virtus Law for anyone who needs an attorney for real estate or small business.
Nathan has been of service in many ways, including complex real-estate transactions and formation of multiple legal entities. He is thorough, thoughtful and responsive. He showed particular skill while helping me navigate a tricky commercial real estate deal - exercising patience when called for (and counseling me to do so as well), but also helping folks understand when it was time for "next steps." Judgment can't be taught - it's earned. Nathan has that in abundance. I'd highly recommend Nathan for just about anything you might need.
With past lawyers I used, they only cared about how much they were billing me and not the outcome of what I wanted. I started to believe that lawyers were crooks. Then I met Nathan through a friend. We talked a few times at social events and I liked what he had to say. Then the time came when I need a lawyer. I called Nathan and his assistant setup a consultation for me. Nate was to the point even if I didn't want to hear what he was saying. I knew he was watching out for my best interest and not just listening and counting billable hours. He was very clear on what was going to happen, how much it would cost and what would happen if I didn't do anything. I learned along time ago that successful people don't have time for chit chat and get to the point weather you want to hear it or not. This is how I knew Nate was right for me. He doesn't sugar coat it but he is also saving me money and not wasting my time more important to me. I just wish I could have met Nathan sooner in life and it would saved a ton of money I wasted getting useless legal advice from other attorneys. Thank you Nate for all you have done for me and my family.
Nathan and his team have created several LLC's an S-Corps for my business and business partners over the years. Nathan is very knowledgeable and has come up with some very creative solutions to business challenges for my business. I would highly recommend Nathan Nelson if you are in real estate, own a small business or need some advanced estate planning.
Mr. Nelson is very mindful of my situations and my budget. I had lawyers in the past that didn't care about me as a client and did nothing, then charged me a ton. Nathan analyzed my situation, then give me a break down of what I wanted to happen and idea of how much it would cost me. Nathan has the clear ability to put out fires, but the truth is that he will make sure a fire never starts and that is where he has saved me money! I am gratefully for everything Mr. Nelson has done for me, my family and my business. Thank you Nathan.
