Mr. Fitzpatrick is a wonderful attorney, very honest and relatable. He set realistic expectations which we appreciated. Unfortunately, he only had a short period of time to prepare for my case, we hired him Friday for court on Monday. However, he was very professional and prepared and we got the result we wanted. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

I hired Mr. Fitzpatrick recently to help a friend with a cell phone traffic ticket and subsequent arrest that had resulted from a complicated, domino effect situation. If convicted, it could have resulted in a suspension of his license and costly court and ticket fees. I was very impressed with Mr. Fitzpatrick's professionalism, accessibility, and knowledge. He clearly understands the ins and outs of the court system. He was able to explain to the court the unfortunate situation that incurred the ticket and arrest and got the entire case dismissed. I would highly recommend him!

Like with anything in life, you're naturally uncertain about the potential outcomes of situations when involving others to fight on your behalf. I'm a firm believer in standing alone because I've been programmed to believe nobody can fight for me better than me. In this case, I was clearly wrong. I received Mr. Fitzpatrick's information from a bail bondsman and she gave her monumental stamp of approval of his attentional to detail in addition to his relentless pursuit for the best possible outcome. I've always been bred to believe that I'm the first and last line of defense for all issues that occur in my life. Mr. Fitzpatrick made me feel that I wasn't alone in my situation and would stand with me in the midst of my terrible circumstances at that time. Originally, I received 5 charges (Speeding, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Maintain Lane, Improper Turn, and DUI) and they decided to "make a deal." The offer was to drop all other charges if I accepted the DUI. Due to my occupation and other affiliations, the DUI was a no-go for me. I respectfully declined the deal and a sixth charge was added (Assault on a Police Officer) and the Disorderly Conduct was raised to Obstruction of Justice. Once Mr. Fitzpatrick informed me of this, he stated "if you wanna fight, I'm going down swinging with you!" Another deal was offered after further complicating the situation. They offered to yet again drop all other charges if I plead guilty to the DUI. Yet again, I respectfully declined and prepared my mind for the fight. In the prep for the jury trial, Mr. Fitzpatrick displayed some strong tactics in the realm of cross-examination and critical thinking which made me breathe easier. In addition to that, Mr. Fitzpatrick has obviously has made some great connections while working in his field to obtain certain pieces of evidence that wasn't provided by the arresting officer. Had these facts not been procured, things could have gone another way. The evidence in my case didn't exactly weigh in my favor due to chosen perception of the public brain trust as well as the arresting officer's willful omission to sell his own narrative. Naturally, this is a tactic used to strengthen the officer's stance. Once Mr. Fitzpatrick conveyed to the officer (before the jury selection) that certain portions of his report were quite contradictory in comparison to new findings, the officer proceeded to make a realistic deal. Reckless Driving and Disorderly Conduct. As dismal as things looked, Mr. Fitzpatrick maintain his cool, smooth demeanor and encouraged me to do the same. If I could ever find the bail bondsman that gave me Mr. Fitzpatrick's information, I'd give her a bear hug! Mr. Fitzpatrick is a noble gentleman, yet quite calculated and cunning (in positive manner) when necessary. He's great at what he does and GOD FORBID if this ever happens again.....I know who to reach out to. Job well done.

If there were ever a case where you needed to walk on water to be found not guilty, this was it! I am typically an optimistic individual in most areas of life. However, for the first time in my life, I was slightly hopeless. That fear was quickly demolished, when Mr. Fitzpatrick defended me in court. He radiated nothing short of brilliance in the court room. You could not tell me that he did not walk on water! He is ambitious, fearless, clever, respectful, honest, competent, professional and the best lawyer in Atlanta! Trust me, I have had my share of lawyers. If you hire him I'm sure you will be more than satisfied, I certainly am!

Nathan, had a very good laid back sense of humor & was very knowledgable about the case. He knew how to approach the case & he explained everything in great detail & didn't keep me in the dark about anything. Due, to me being out of town...He kept in touch with me & gave me options to work with as the case moved on. I was very satisfied in the end because, we won the case. I personally would hire him again in the future.

Attorney Fitzpatrick is an excellent lawyer. During my initial consultation, Mr. Fitzpatrick was very attentive as he gathered details to determine the strength of my case. During the three year period from the initial consultation to my trial date, Mr. Fitzpatrick diligently gathered evidence and developed a comprehensive strategy to ensure a victory for me. I was impressed with Mr. Fitzpatrick's confidence as well as his accessibility. He always responded to my telephone calls and text messages in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Fitzpatrick for all of your legal needs.

Nathan provided me with excellent representation at a fair price. I was in a situation as results of overzealous cops and proved me with the counsel and legal expertise that resolved the situation. I would recommended his services to anyone who himself in a bind. Needless to say, my case was resolved without a DUI conviction, jail time, and loss of license. I owe my freedom, peace of mind, and wellbeing to the efforts of Nathan Fitzpatrick.

I had 6 traffic violations including Evading or Attempting to elude a police officer (*carries - 10 Day mandatory jail sentence and automatic licence suspension) , reckless driving, speeding, striking a fixed object, removing licence plate to conceal identity, driving at night, with a passenger on the interstate and I DIDN'T EVEN PAY A FINE!!!! Was I Guilty? Let's just say I plead the 5th...... - I ended up taking defensive driving and doing 12 mos non-reporting probation and pleading guilty to speeding and reckless driving. Would I recommend Nathan Fitzpatrick?? HELL YEAH!!!!!
