Nathan worked with me and got my Bankruptcy done without any problems. He was always available when I had a question or concern. I have referred my family and friends to his law firm.
Mr Finch had failed to provide timely, specific, detailed and helpful service in our bankruptcy case. Mr Finch had not complied when we asked him to specify and in detail, explain to us certain aspects of the case, rules of the case, and certain nuances of the case that most laypersons would not understand. Nathan had failed to have our best interests in mind when he went and obtained a certain action that would prove to be detrimental in our case in the long run. He failed to provide us hard copies of filed documents, documents that were submitted to persons in the case, and other documents that were requested of him. Mr. Finch had, on multiple occasions refused to contact us via email to explain certain things when we explicitly requested that he explain things through the email. we did not have the time since we are very busy with our own jobs to meet with him over and over again; in addition to living 30 miles away from his office. To compare him to a doctor, one would say that his "bed side manner" leaves much to be desired. He has proven himself to only provide answers in a very curt, terse and unfriendly manner. We found interacting with him to be quite difficult and intimidating.
