Nathan disputed a foreclosure and beat the plaintiff in the case that was alleging his deed of trust had been improperly recorded. He actually got attorney's fees as part of the settlement. Very pleased, very good attorney.

Mr. Berger has handled several cases for me. I received excellent results. His best attribute is that he is an excellent trial lawyer. His quiet and polite demeanor hides his excellent trial skills. Juries really seem to like him

Several years ago, I had a viable civil suit. I retained this attorney who passed my case to another attorney. I paid a retainer and was shocked to discover the other attorney couldn't even keep the name of the defendant straight - she kept referring to him by an incorrect name she apparently pulled from the ether. Meanwhile, my case tolled and the defendant died. What a waste of my legal opportunity! I've tried and tried to get my retainer back. It looks like I will have to file a complaint and pursue further action.
