Nancy has been my lawyer for several of my cases for both my business and personal matters. I have gone back to use her services, because she has gotten me good results every time. I would recommend her to anyone. She handles a variety of matters and is a pleasant and professional person to deal with. Her rates are fair too.
Nancy Wildes has worked with me more than once including a difficult divorce with many unknowns. She was smart, supportive, professional, and kept me abreast of the important dates to both of my cases. I am more than happy with her services and consider her an important business professional in my team.
Atty. Wildes proved to be a very efficient, knowledgeable and understanding representative of my rights in court. My case spanned nine years; we had six trials in four different courts. She was respectful and reviewed all my options with me. She was always very prepared for court. I prevailed in my will contest and she was instrumental in a bond release. I was very satisfied with her performance and her rates were fair and well worth every penny.
I was a client of Nancy's and she helped me win a case not to long ago . She helped guide me through the process and made sure that I was informed of any changes or disruptions in the case. If I was to have another court case come up I would use her as my lawyer. She is very informant and kind. She puts her energy into her cases and makes me feel like she is passionate about her line of work. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good lawyer.
I needed Ms. Wildes for some contractual matters. I found her to be a real go - getter. She was on top of things , and always kept me up to date. She was quite knowledgeable on handling my matters. I would certainly use her again.
I first hired Attorney Wildes as my divorce lawyer in1994. Since then she has represented me for numerous cases. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Attorney Wildes goes above and beyond the role of just your legal representative because she is able to connect with her clients. If you are searching for an attorney who doesn't just see you as an income and will give you 110%, then Attorney Wildes is the attorney you are looking for.
Atty Wildes was hired for an eviction 5 yrs. ago. I knew nothing about prices for attorneys for evictions as prior, and simultaneously was doing one myself. There was a question with the lease being in an LLC that I couldn't do it myself. I started the eviction, paid the Marshall to serve, etc. She promised to give me a cut rate for having done the preliminaries. Instead, she charged me the price of the equivalent of FOUR evictions for the one she did. Furthermore, I was in court with the eviction I was doing at the same time. So, there were times when she came in to sign the paper after all of the negotiations were done. Five years later, she sued me for an inconsequential balance, padding it heavily, advice she had given to me five years prior. ""When you sue someone, put as many items into the lawsuit as you can think of". That wasn't the end of it. After the judge ruled (her word against mine) she garnished a Section 8 family's entitlement, jeopardizing the welfare of the family, who now is threatened with electricity not able to be paid, as well as water shut-off. The government gives the money for the welfare of the Section 8 tenants, not to pad the pockets of an attorney.
He hired her for my housing court case and when we got on remote hearing she had no clue of what was going on with the case there were a lot of ???? from the judge when she was asked what is the balance owed on the rent she was clueless had no answer for the judge!!!... Easy money comes along way I guess... even if the case is lost she still wins!!!... lmao "what a LAWYER for real estate"???....
