An experienced probate and estate planning attorney, dedicated to serving families in the greater Cincinnati area with kindness, confidentiality and excellence. I was first admitted to the practice of law here in Ohio in 1995. Since then, my career has taken me across the globe, representing the largest of companies and nonprofits, with litigation and transactions. In 2012, I launched my own private practice, with a commitment to utilizing my experience, discipline and creativity to represent local families and small businesses. I'm happier now than ever, back in my home town, helping my neighbors.

I had a very positive experience with Nancy on preparing my will for me. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything very clearly as I have not had that with other attorneys I have worked with. I highly recommend her for any of your needs for financial or estate planning.
I hired Nancy when my mother died in April, 2015. My father was sick at the time. Nancy looked through all their paperwork and quickly handled matters. My father died just eight weeks later in June. Once again, Nancy was there to help. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is easy to work with, funny, and such a nice woman. I would highly recommend Nancy and her services.
I have little knowledge of the legal side of estates so when my mom's health was failing and when she passed away Nancy was knowledgeable and very helpful she was also caring and kind. She helped me so much and continues to assist me as the need arises. I consider her a new friend.
Nancy Lorence helped my husband and me walk through the details of setting up our wills. She was personable and professional and completed the process in a timely manner. We will definitely go to Nancy with future legal needs.
I was prompted to do an estate plan when I learned that my employer would pay for a significant portion of the costs. Nancy is very effective at networking and actively participates in legal continuing education programs as well as area chambers of commerce events. She definitely stays on top of the evolving landscape of estate planning, family law and other legal issues which can impact her clients' plans for their future, their wills and estates. In my case, Nancy helped me establish a trust which is focused on giving my children the best opportunity for financial security and access to critical prerequisites for success such as a college education. I am not extremely wealthy so there is no risk of my children becoming "trust fund babies" who have little or no sense of initiative and personal responsibility. Nevertheless, Nancy understands that there is always the need to strike a balance between financial security and protection of your assets in the event of your untimely death with the need for your heirs to use those assets responsibly. Nancy provides good counsel on the inclusion of provisions in the estate plan and the trust document to ensure that this balance is created and maintained through the life of the document/plan. I have recommended Nancy Wagner Lorence to friends and colleagues for estate planning and by this review would like to recommend her to others who need legal counsel and estate planning advice.
A few year ago, I was trying to open a small business but don't know what to do and need advice i searched around So I found Nancy. She is best one among the one I spoke with. She is every nice and kind. She take her time to explain to me step by step. Very time I have a questions or need help she always be there. I recommend her to any one.
I have purchased many business and Mrs. Lorence was the first attorney who prompted me on areas of the M&A I had missed. Here bill was straight forward (no hiden charges) and she was extremely detailed. I recommend her to all my M&A associates and contract partners.
Contacted them about 2 1/2 weeks ago for final paperwork, will, etc. got a price quote. Sent documents to me online but wasn’t able to fill them out so I requested paperwork be sent to me in the mail. Week later, nothing. Called left a message, did you send me paperwork? I never received any, could you send it to me please? Week later, still nothing. Time to find another lawyer.
