Over more than a quarter century of law practice, Nancy has tried many cases, including jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals to the appellate and supreme courts of Indiana. She has concentrated her practice on individual rights, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has represented numerous clients in landlord-tenant disputes, contract matters, and business and commercial litigation. In addition, she has fought for individual victims in personal injury claims, medical malpractice, and discrimination disputes.Nancy has also served as Town Attorney for Schererville, has sat on the City of Gary’s Commission on the Status of Women, and worked in the Lake County Prosecutor’s office.Nancy is married and the proud parent of two children (including one who is a law professor at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago). Outside the legal world, Nancy has been a volunteer for American Cancer Society, Southlake Mental Health, and Everybody Counts (an advocacy organization for the disabled). She has been named in the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities and is a Founder and member of the Womens’ Executives’ Council of Lake County. Nancy has also taught Business Law as Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Northwest.
