After doing many rounds within the legal community, I stumbled upon Shilepsky. Within five minutes of my booked call, it was apparent that this litigator had ZERO interest in fact checking, understanding what the client had to say or what even transpired. She knew everything without knowing anything. Shilepsky literally bull dozed over the conversation, without any regards to details or facts and was unbelievable rude. In fact, was evident that she was taking the conversation in whatever direction she wished, had her mind made up. Given, Shilepsky's experience, it was quite jarring as she did charge a steep price for an unprofessional, insensitive exchange. If you don't wish to litigate on behalf of certain people, say no. But then, how would you make money? Terrible experience.
I hired her for an employment issue and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. She lost the check I gave her and blamed it on her staff! Needless to say I fired her. I recently got a mass email from her saying she left her firm to join a new one. They must have been overjoyed that she left! My condolences to her new firm.
I am not sure why this lawyer has received such high ratings. I had a one hour consultation for 800 dollars in which I pretty much felt berated.I had an issue where I had been recently hired with a certain title that was not honored. Ms. Shilepsky was rude and disorganized. I had actually forwarded her all my documents. She sushed me throughout. It was a horrid experience. I subsequently decided on another lawyer who has been wonderful.
