About

Nancy Rodgers is a partner at Kissinger & Fellman, P.C.  She specializes in civil litigation, employment law, local government law, telecommunications law, and transportation law. Nancy represents both public and private entities, primarily focusing on general legal advisement and representation in litigation and administrative proceedings.  Nancy has represented employers in connection with Department of Labor audits, class action and individual wage lawsuits, and employee wrongful termination disputes.  She has worked with companies of all sized on various contracts, purchase agreements, and other transactional issues.  She has represented companies in contract disputes, lease terminations, business break-ups, and cargo claims.  Nancy works proactively with her clients on the development of effective contracts, drafting of policies and procedures, personnel management, and effective training and discipline.  Nancy also works with many clients on ADA compliance, telecommunication, and technology issues, including the emerging use of social media in the workplace.  Currently, Nancy serves at the Empire Town Attorney/Town Prosecutor, the Georgetown Town Prosecutor, and Counsel to the Westminster Personnel Board.  She is regularly involved on various projects for the firm's other municipal and local government clients. She has worked with local governments on a wide variety of matters, including ordinance drafting, municipal court appeals, contract negotiations, code re-writes, open records disputes, public employee policies, and land use issues. Nancy is a member of the Colorado Municipal League, the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors, and the International Municipal Lawyers Association.  She is also a member the Colorado and Denver Bar Association, a member of the COBALT Leadership Class of 2013. She serves on the Executive Committee of the William E. Doyle Inn of the Court, and is a Board member of the Colorado Women's Bar Association.
