Made me seem like I was wasting her time. She never returned my calls. Her communications to me were limited.
If I could go back to the day I saw this lawyer's name in the directory, and pass by it to the next attorney, I could have won my case. She brought 4 causes against UHC in my case and 3 of the causes were held under ERISA guidelines and Caps. My last cause was being fired while under approved FMLA due to Ovarian Cancer, and she dropped that cause which automatically lost any guaranteed compensation I was due by UHC for not following FMLA guidelines, and it would not have had a cap on the damages I could have received for the very painful and stressful ordeal I suffered through for it all to be thrown away by this attorney who has been reprimanded by the BAR association several times hoping her behavior would improve, which, obviously it did not. The only reason an attorney would give such detrimental advice to their client on a guaranteed settlement in my favor for breaking laws under FMLA, is because she is dishonest, and it sounds like she got her paycheck. I fought UHC for 5 years and never received a penny in monetary compensation for the damage done to me by Nancy Quinn and UHC. If you chose to hire this attorney, you will suffer endlessly, and you will walk away empty handed. She will never call you back, she will tell you anything to get you off the phone. One of the worst days of my life was being told I had cancer. Then I lost my job and my health insurance and my stock options, my 401k, as little as they were, and not to mention, no compensation for 5 years while I went through this nightmare, thinking my attorney had my back. She had her own back.
