She brought 4 causes against UHC in my case and 3 of the causes were held under ERISA guidelines and Caps. My last cause was being fired while under approved FMLA due to Ovarian Cancer, and she dropped that cause which automatically lost any guaranteed compensation I was due by UHC for not following FMLA guidelines, and it would not have had a cap on the damages I could have received for the very painful and stressful ordeal I suffered through for it all to be thrown away by this attorney who has been reprimanded by the BAR association several times hoping her behavior would improve, which, obviously it did not.
