Thinking that we just need to polish up a few things on our estate plan, we were carefully walked through every contingency, and we feel like we are very well covered.
Help me understand the process. Answered all my questions and more. I will continue to consult with this establishment. Could not ask for better!!!
I am a retired lawyer, having practiced in areas involving the health care industry. When my wife and I needed help for personal matters related to elder care I knew I didn't have the specialized expertise necessary. One of Nancy's free seminars convinced me that she knew what she was talking about so we hired her and have been extremely pleased with her advice, her document preparation, her staff and the results of her efforts on our behalf, particularly with respect to the Veterans Administration and Medicaid. We recommend her highly.
Very through and we now feel well positioned in terms of our estate plan and future.
Explained in detail what was required and executed flawlessly.
Ms. Nancy Nawrocki and her associates assisted me in a long-distance relationship to dissolve my mother's Trust account upon her death. My home is nearly 1000 miles away from Brighton , Michigan. I made one (in-person) appointment with her Law firm to start to the process of ending the Trust. Her and her staff were ready for a full-day's work on my one day visit to Michigan. The "Team" set- up all the necessary papers and forms to complete this process. Upon returning to my home, I was able to contact the Law firm by phone or e-mails whenever I had questions. They always returned calls when I could not talk to someone immediately. The firm send monthly statements about the work that had been accomplished, and as the process neared its ending they sent reminders of work that I needed to finish to have a Final Distribution of the Trust. I was extremely pleased with all of the "Law Team's" work and assistance--especially for a long-distant client who may not need to use this Law Firm again--simply because I do not live near-by.
I have known Nancy for many years as she is a member of the church my wife and I attend. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to guide my son and I through the quite complicated paper work leading to a very favorable result that allowed my wife to enter a fine care facility at a very low ongoing cost to us.
Had updated a trust for my husband and myself. Very happy with this law firm. Have done business with them for many years.
As the end of my life approaches, I cannot stress how comforting it has been to have Nancy Nawrocki and her wonderful staff, especially Helena Kampwerth and Roberta Arrowsmith handle my affairs. I am currently on Hospice Care. Nancy and her team have guided me through the paths of Medicare, Medicaid, nursing homes, paperwork, filings, and all the legal aspects involved in this process. The Nawrocki Law team have been very comforting and their dedication has been exceptional. I could always rely on Nancy's knowledgable expertise of elder law. She assisted me with both legal and practical advice that has proven to be helpful. They understand the emotional difficulties of this passage and with confidentiality, patience, and respect have dealt with my case. I would definitely recommend the Nawrocki Law firm.
As the client in the review "Easy cases only", Nancy conducted a litigation case for me. Unforunately, I lost may case. Nonetheless, Nancy put up a tough battle using all the tools at her disposal ethically. I wasn't happy in losing the case, but I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and determination that Nancy showed in litigating my case. She did everything she could while remaining honest and ethical. When you go to court, there are no guarantees. You don't pay to guarantee a win... you pay for the best counsel and representation that you can get. Nancy delivered that for me. And I was happy with her work and felt the fee I paid was fair considering the effort, care, and knowledge she brough to my case.
