Wow! Terrible attitude! I called with an inquiry, and Nancy Miller returned my call. I felt she was very rude. She angrily ranted on and on before asking me any questions, telling me what I couldn't do legally, how people call all the time about this, and how she usually doesn't take their phone calls. I was thinking, well hello to you too, and thanks for asking how can I help you. After her two minute angry rant, I said, actually, that is not why I called. When I finally had opportunity to ask my first question, she ranted again, (though at a lower tone), not answering what I asked. When I asked another question, her tone was condescending, and she asked why do people always want to do that? I said, I'm simply inquiring about my options to someone who has more knowledge about these things than I. I would never hire her for legal services! I do not believe she would give my situation the time and attention needed. She made several incorrect assumptions, failed to ask any questions to gather the needed information, it appeared that she was bothered by the fact that I had initially called at all, and she was terribly rude. I hope she was just having a bad day, and doesn't treat all her potential clients that way!
